An integral part of our community wellbeing vision is to get feedback from our stakeholders ie. Those who use our services, whether as a counselling client or someone who refers their patients/pupils/children) to us. Feedback ensures that we are accountable and responsive to how we deliver, who delivers it, where we deliver it and your total customer experience with us. If you are in therapy with us we will ask you to fill a feedback form in the of your therapeutic journey with us. Please use these forms to let us know how we are doing.
