This course is for women who have experienced trauma in their lives and want to learn how to live better and kinder lives. It offers a safe, and online space, where once a week you can come together with other women and learn how to look after yourself, really well.
It explores self care through mindfulness and compassion, offering a weekly opportunity to practice and learn how to do this. Building resilience, confidence and self esteem through engaging activities, practices and peer support this course will enable the participant to feel better equipped to cope with heightened emotions and challenging feelings.

Creative Writing Courses
Run by Jenny Thomas via Zoom, this 8 week creative writing course explores personal narrative and the stories you tell yourself, as well as playing with new ideas about the mind-made nature of reality. The course helps to discover happiness in spite of everything, and connects you with other likeminded writing/story-telling friends who can help to encourage and inspire the creative writer in you.
The course will be run for two hours per week via Zoom, and involves activities such as writing flash fiction and gratitude journaling.

Women into wellbeing for work, education or training
This is a free 10 week course for women in the town and surrounding areas to learn about how to prepare themselves for work, education or training through wellbeing practices, gaining practical tools (like CV writing), and a personal mentor.
The course is designed for those women who may have thought about returning to learn or go back to work yet feel that they have lost the confidence or opportunity to do so. This course will help you to get back on your feet in really positive ways.
