What it costs

In your first counselling session, you will have the opportunity to discuss whether you are eligible for free counselling or if you can make a contribution to the service.

We aim to provide as much free counselling as possible to the most vulnerable children/young people, and adults and families in Wellington. We can do this through the kind and helpful financial support we received from kind donations and successful grant applications.

Affordable counselling is also another provision where we will ask you to make a weekly contribution to your therapy sessions. The full cost of therapy is £45 per session, and we invite you to suggest a manageable contribution to this, however, we have a minimum charge of £10 per session. There are also a limited number of free sessions available – please get in touch to enquire about eligibility.

Also in your first session, your therapist will discuss our cancellation policy with you.
